Messy Play
Every Friday at The Wilds, we welcome families to join us at 10am for our Baby & Toddler classes, designed for children aged 0–5 years. Sessions are available at a £11.50 drop-in rate, with a discounted monthly option also available for families who want to join us regularly and make the most of our ongoing early development experiences.
What is Messy Play?
A hands-on exploration session designed to support sensory development, fine motor skills, and early creativity.
Children are encouraged to explore textures, colours, and materials in a safe and supported environment that values process over product.
Messy play supports:
sensory regulation and exploration
early problem-solving skills
coordination and motor development
confidence and independence
There is no “right way” to take part — only discovery.
