Yes, it is fully accessible, toilets included.

We require a £250 refundable security deposit. This is paid over and above the fee of the room however is returned to you the week following your event provided the space (both inside and out) has been left in the same manner it was found in. The deposit secures your booking and therefore once that has been paid, your date and times are safe.

The hire fee is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
The time needed to set up prior to your event and clean up afterwards must be included in the booking times which you request.

As we are a dry hire venue, we do not have any tables and chairs on site. We can however help you arrange those. Please email bookings@senspired.co.uk for more details.

Yes, there is a toilet and baby changing facility on site.

No, we only have a small sink area.

Fireworks are not allowed anywhere at the venue.
Only biodegradable confetti like rose petals are permitted. Please note that those would still need to be picked up and cleared away at the end of your event.

Bouncy castles are currently not permitted anywhere at the venue.

External BBQ’s are not permitted. We do have an option to hire our own BBQ for events. Please email bookings@senspired.co.uk for more information

There is a paid parking lot behind the venue that is 50p per hour. Although assigned to The Wilds Ecology Centre building, it is open to the public and therefore could fill up if there were to be another event on site that day. There are 24 parking spaces in total. We do have good access to public transport with the overground stopping at Barking Riverside and the EL1 bus finishing its route right outside The Wilds.

Once our team have completed all necessary checks, our finance team will aim to return your security deposit within 14 working days. You will be informed if any deductions from your deposit needed to be made. Please refer to our T&C’s for further details.
